Frontier Technology | DARPA “Hyperlinear Processing” Project Data Acquisition Experiment Frontier Technology | DARPA “Hyperlinear Processing” Project Data Acquisition Experiment Radar Science and Technology October 28, 2025, 16:58 Anhui To support the Hyperlinear Processing (BLiP) project of the United States Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), a team composed of multiple institutions deployed the fully digital “Horus” radar system of the Advanced Radar Research Center (ARRC) at the University of Oklahoma in the winter of 2024 to conduct a series of collaborative tests. The tests used a Learjet aircraft equipped with instruments from Phoenix Air Aviation Company, flying according to predefined flight profiles. One of the key objectives of the BLiP project is to evaluate aircraft tracking performance under different aperture reduction configurations.
