LinkedIn Post Text: A practical parcel screening system needs to operate on high-speed conveyor belts processing parcels continuously.Our approach: a 1D array of mmWave antennas positioned above the conveyor. As parcels move beneath, the array scans continuously, collecting spatial and material data.Real-time AI processing analyses the data stream, searching for threat signatures. Alerts flag suspicious parcels for manual inspection whilst the majority flow through unimpeded.This architecture balances thoroughness with throughput. Every parcel gets screened, but only potential threats slow down for closer examination.The system integrates into existing sorting infrastructure without major retrofits.
