LinkedIn Post Text: NOVELDA at International Solid-State Circuits Conference – ISSCC 2024Last week our brilliant colleagues Nikolaj Andersen, Jørgen Andreas Michaelsen, Torleif Skår and Lieuwe Leene attended the prestigious ISSCC conference in San Francisco, presenting an advanced scientific paper and demoing our NOVELDA UWB solution. The paper shows a fully integrated ultra-wideband radar, comprising two full transceiver chains, integrated clock generation, power management and CPU. The system employs direct-RF sampling, fast-startup crystal-less operation and single-antenna transceivers, crucial for smallest footprint, ultra-low power applications.This research underscores the value of UWB radar as a new and valuable sensing modality, complementing secure ranging and low-latency data communications, further establishing UWB as the wireless technology of the future.Our colleagues took part in the “High Performance Transceivers and Transmitters for Communication and Ranging” session
