When you change the sensor, performance usually bottoms out.Our Universal Radar Model for Active Perception (URMAP) is changing that narrative. URMAP is engineered to provide lightweight, immediate, and accurate perception performance across diverse imaging radar architectures with minimal training requirements.In the video below, you can see our 5D Perception system performing high-resolution object detection and tracking. What makes this significant is the lack of “familiarity” the model has with the hardware used for this capture. Even with the customer’s A-sample radar data representing less than 0.1% of the particular training dataset used for URMAP at the time of filming, the perception system still achieved an immediate 95% object detection rate in a complex, real world environment.
